By Car
Should you decide to travel by car, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and A31. Please follow signs for event car parking. For SatNav directions please use the postcode GU14 6TQ which will take you to the Queen’s Roundabout. From here follow signs for event car parking. The exhibition centre has over 3,500 car parking spaces on site.
By Train
Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is within easy reach of four stations – Farnborough Main, Farnborough North, North Camp and Aldershot. Farnborough Main Served by South West Trains and sits on a mainline to London Waterloo. With up to six trains per hour and journey times as fast as 34 minutes, getting to Farnborough by train is a very fast and easy option. Farnborough Main station is 1.5 miles from the venue and just 5 minutes by taxi. Further information about the facilities at the station is available on the National Rail website. Farnborough North and North Camp These are served by First Great Western and located within a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue. Aldershot Served by South West Trains and offers direct services to London Waterloo and Guildford. The station is a ten-minute taxi ride from the venue. The Prize: You’ll be entitled to no booking fee (normally £300) and no minimum spend (normally £1500) when booking The Gin Inn’s mobile Horsebox bar for your wedding, PLUS a complimentary bottle of gin will be sent to you for your hen do! The Gin Inn are a mobile event bar experience based in Surrey, featuring a beautifully renovated Horsebox bar and a bespoke service tailored to suit your perfect wedding day.

Booking conditions: Competition closes 7th July 2019. Minimum party number is 60 people. Prize valid for Horsebox bar bookings only. Your wedding venue must be able to accommodate The Gin Inn’s mobile bar. Bookings must be made in 2020, subject to date availability. Valid for bookings that will be taking place in a 40 mile radius from GU9 9HZ. Entrants must be 18 years or older. One full bottle of gin will be provided for your hen party. The brand of the gin that will be provided for the hen do is subject to availability. An address must be provided from the winning entrant for the purposes of sending the bottle of gin. The winning entrant will be selected at random and will be contacted via telephone or email. Your details will be transferred onto The Gin Inn, who will complete the booking with you. If the selected participant cannot accept the prize for whatever reason, we reserve the right to select another winner at random.
